I am an avid pizza lover, and it is with great dissatisfaction and dissappointment to complain about Debonairs Pizza at the mounte edgecombe shopping center branch. On the 28/06/2013 I had guests over for supper and we decided on debonairs pizza. I placed my order at 18:46 and it took another 10 minutes just to pay via my debit card, the manager was printing out the daily receipts. I mean come on, you are busy and u still want ur customers to wait. After paying for my order, I asked the cashier the time wait and she told me 20 minutes. 20 Minutes had passed and still nothing. I am not person to get agitated but after waiting for over an hour to find out that they had not done my order, i was even more angry. When my husband began to show his disappointment then only did they hop skip and jump to get our order done. I understand that they were busy but they didnt acknowledge that they were wrong or apologise for the time wait or their mistake. My receipt number was 275. Will never want to eat at the place again.
