I'm just so sick of Debonairs Pizza and their all round bad service. I don't think I can remember the last time they got anything right. Every time I place an order with them I have to hold my breathe. Take last night for instance:
We ordered two subs and received one sub and one pizza an hour later. After spending 15 minutes arguing with the delivery guy we called the manager, who was very very nonchalant about the whole incident and only apologised after I'd asked for an apology. The subs finally arrived 30 minutes later, cold as ever.
What ever happened to the customer is always right, warm good pizza and an overall great experience?
Needless to say, that is the last time I order at Debonairs Pizza. It's not like their pizza's are any good any more any way. If it wasn't for the free deliveries, no one would be interested.
