I ordered 2 pizzas from Debonairs Grahamstown via phone. I live 1 minute away from the shop. I was told it would take 40-45 minutes to get the pizza.
An hour later I phone back no pizza. No sir your pizza is on its way. 10 minutes later I phone and ask to speak to the manager and apparently he isn't there.
The pizza then arrives just thereafter and I go outside. He says how will I be paying and I say let me see the pizza first. He pulls them out the bag and I see the dot on the pizza is black. That is a free pizza I say, no we don't do that he tells me at which point the manager phones him.
The manager asks to speak to me. I tell him on the website it says if the dot is black it is free. He tells me no but that is on the website we don't do that. So I read what is on the box to him "if this dot is black your pizza is free" he says no we don't do this let me explain. I tell him I am not interested in his explanation, is he giving me the pizza for free or not. No he says. So I leave the delivery man with the pizza.
The manager has tried to phone me 10 later to explain but I am not interested he did not stick to the Debonairs policy.
