I ordered a Meaty Triple Decker Pizza from Tongaat Debonairs for delivery and received it an hour and twenty minutes later. I live about 1, 5km away from the branch and usually this order takes around 20 minutes to be delivered to me. I also ordered a margherita pizza earlier in the day and also received it several minutes late. What's more is that the sticker on my meaty triple decker was red but when I opened the box, the pizza was cold. Debonairs pizza is the only place I order my pizza from because they're delicious but if they're going to make me wait this long, I'm going to have to find another supplier. This is ridiculous and I don't expect such service from an establishment like Debonairs.
