BAD ATTITUDE AND SLOW SERVICE

ON THE 27 OF FEBRUARY WE WENT TO KFC TO PURCHASE DINNER WHAT WE FOUND THERE WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, WE WAITED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE READY, THE ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER ON DUTY AND CASHIERS WAS WORSE, THEY LOOKED TIRED, UNHAPPY AND IRRITATED. ANNA LEKGOALE WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY SHE DID NOTHING TO HELP THE CASHIERS, THEY WERE STRUGGLING WITH TAKING ORDERS AND CHANGE, SHE JUST STOOD THERE LEANING AGINST THE WALL TAPPING HER FOOT AND DOING NOTHING. SHE WAS NOT SMILLING, SHE LOOKED VERY ANGRY WHEN ASKED WHY SHE WAS BEHAVING THE WAY SHE WAS SHE SAID THAT THAT IS THE WAY SHE IS. SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS TO ASSURE THEM THAT THE FOOD WILL BE READY SHE JUST STOOD LOOKING AT US LIKE SHE IS BORED. ONE OF THE CASHIERS TOLD US THAT THE WHOLE EVENING SHE WAS NOT ASSISTING THEM WITH ANYTHING EVEN LOOKING FOR CHANGE. ALL SHE DID WAS SHOUT AT THEM THE WHOLE NIGHT THATS WHY THEY WERE SO DEMATIVATED. IT MAKES ONE THINK HOW DO THEY RECRUIT PEOPLE OR HOW SHE EVEN GOT THAT POSITION BECAUSE SHE HAS NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS AT ALL. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THAT AT ALL
