I went to Ventersburg Spar today and asked one of the Cashiers about some of their products and where they kept them. I got to the side of the till first, and the Customer after me was a White Gentleman who proceeded to the Cashier I was talking to for service. This is when Anna Van Wyk (Manager), approached me and "condescendingly" tapped me on my shoulder, to rudely tell me that I should not talk to the Cashier because she is busy with "Customers". I then turned to ask her if I was also not a "Customer" as per her classification as I understood to have the same desire to "pay" for their services. She was very rude in telling me that I have no right to talk to the Cashiers. To me, this means that if I would like to ask about any of their products, I have no right as a paying Customer, to ask one of the Cashiers for assistance. This is the meaning I got from the attitude potrayed by Anna Van Wyk. I would like someone from Spar Ventersburg to call me and for Anna to apologise for her rude behaviour.
