Went in to buy food for supper and there were 2 long que's when I checked there were 5/6 tills but only 2 cashiers... after waiting for more tha 20 min to be assisted I ask for the supervisor by the name of mersheck who not only took his time to come to the front but also told us that he cannot control the situation because employees. Don't come to work and that is why there are only 2 cashiers.what does that have to do with customers? why is it our fault that people didn't come to work? all we want when we get to kfc is GOOD customer service.then you have to wait for them to fry another bach of chicken... its month end, don't they know it is a busy period and don't they learn that every month end they need to have more cashiers and more chicken because its always the same case. I am so dissappointed with kfc customer service skills
