No Control

I went to the Pick n Pay as I do every day, when I got to the till it was nighmare, there were only 4 Cashiers and like 10 people standing in each Que, people were getting irritated, one customer even got verbal with me he was so irritated, then went to the help desk and asked why ther are so little cashiers and the lady at help desk had a attitude with me telling me the cashiers were coming at 10 looking at my watch it was past ten already, I then asked her to call a manager and when she called him, he then told her to call someone else, pass the buck, by now I am back in line, I had been waiting for 30 min already when all the systems go down, I was so mad I left my trolly with all the stuff at the till and I left. What I am asking is even if the system went down and this I can understand can happen, were was the control with the cashiers, and why is it that when u ask for help people carry on as if there work is a burden, I am very dissapointed in the service, you need my money not the other way around, what upsets me more is that most of the people in the que this morning were elderly people, some so old they battle to stand. We should make a stand to places like this serious
