I have to say, I have never received such bad service from a KFC branch like the one in Greenstone. The service is shocking!!! I'm standing in the line waiting to place my order with my friends. She serves all of them but when it comes to my turn, she has to do the food orders and prepare it. Okay fine that is understandable, but atleast have more cashiers open to take peoples orders! One of the ladies comes and asks if if I have been served, and I said no I have not. She decides to open the till next to me and asks the man behind me to come before. Like, what the heck? I asked her to call the manager, so I can complain. Not to be funny, but the manager was not even dressed like a manager, she looked like an ordinary KFC worker. I complained to her about what had just happened, and all she could do was like "im sorry". Her attitude was even more horrifying. Disgusting service and attitude from the staff & the manager. KFC will never get my business again! Im so sick and tired of rude staff that think they are doing YOU a favor! Greenstone Stone Ridge, needs a change in manager, and soon!
