Poor service and bad attitude from Store Manage

A Quick drop in and get a few items, wasn't so quick! At 9h30 in the morning, the que was about fifteen customers long with only 2 cashiers attending, which are working exceptionally slow. After standing for quite some time, some customers left their purchases right there and left the store. The store manager, Niko, witness it all but does little to calm some off the clients. I asked him why doesn't he do anything, his reply was "Its not my problem, the rest of the cashiers only starts working at 10."Which is ok, but why then open the store so much earlier?

Due to the bad attitude from both cashiers and specially the Store Manager, today was my last purchase from any Woolworth's.
