Around lunchtime on the 28/12/2013 i took my parents to the KFC drive thru in wood-mead, to purchase a family feast meal. After placing my order at the First window with a lady was quite friendly, i was told to pay at the next window when i collect my meal. Upon moving to the Second window i was greeted by the drive thru who said she will bring me my order now, and went off into the back. I then waited for a few minutes after she went into the back and didn't return.
I switched off my car and waited as the queue of cars where building up behind me. I then started hooting as i was now waiting at the second window for sometime. There where other cashiers inside who just looked at me and turned away when they heard me hooting. I tried calling the other cashiers but was ignored. I then hooted twice, the cashiers looked at me again as if i was annoying them and interrupting their conversation and showed no interest in me. I then started my car and drove off extremely disappointed at such terrible service and the uninterested cashiers with a no care attitude.
