On the 6 June 2013 I went to Clicks in Jabulani Mall and had lovey service from the nurse on duty up until I had to pay for my service.
The two cashiers who were on duty offered extremely bad service. After waiting in line with no "closed" sign display cashier Busi Ngwenya just stood up with no announcement and started packing baskets and left her till. I then joined the next line with cashier Joyce as read from the name tag, no greeting and talking to Busi Ngwenya while serving me.
I was extremely annoyed as the kind of bad service from a Clicks as they usually offer good service in non-township branches I have been to.
I did not see the supposed manager that I was reffered to by some other staff member. Is this a management problem that goes down to cashier supervisors then directly down to the cashiers when serving people of colour.
Can Busi Ngwenya and Joyce be reminded that they are there to serve customers and not display bad attitudes towards clients.
