We arrived at Kaprinos and were told to pay R600.00 on arrival, ie pay before you eat. Arrived at a table with dirty, soiled linen and mismatched cutlery. Although arriving on time, were told that the kitchen is running late but it shouldn't be much longer. When we started dishing half of the buffet was already empty with no one replenishing the dishes. Half way through, I noticed how dirty the floor in the buffet area was with no one cleaning up and still not replenishing the empty buffet. The bottomless drinks section had 2 sodas out of order and a coke that looked pale and gas-less and the area around the drinks section was wet and although they had "wet signs" up, you could only get to the drinks by passing the signs. At this point my friend slipped and fell on her knees and knocked her head against the bar. Very embarrassed and beyond fed up at this stage, the manager said he'll get someone to dry the area, which never happened. Upon leaving though, she was offered pain pills, never mind if she was allergic to anything and got a breakfast voucher for 2, although we were 4 and there for lunch. Disgusted that these people are still in business. I'd never recommend them.
