Upon arriving at kaprinos we were informed to pay BEFORE our seats would be presented. Also an extra service fee that was NOT on the flyer (R99 buffet). The woman who took payment was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. Such a bad attitude! The buffet was not stocked. The cook told us we were not allowed more than 4 ribs for the evening! This was a BUFFET?? When I approached miss unfriendly at front desk, she didnt seem to care as that was "policy". According to the cook, people eat too much at the buffet. The flyer advertises an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. Please, to those reading this DO NOT EAT AT KAPRINOS. I hope like management contacts me, but based on prior complaints listed below, it seems this is not the case. Customer service???
