PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Made a 3pm booking at Kaprinos for Christmas day. Since we couldn't find Kaprinos in Sea Point, we called for directions. This is when we were informed that all 3pm bookings had been cancelled. The manager, Waheed, who the person on the phone advised would be there to speak to us. When we arrived at the venue, the staff were packing up the tables already, we couldn't enter the building, and Waheed sent his nephew outside to say he didn't want to speak to us. Yes, a MANAGER, not having the professionalism or decency to come out and speak to customers after a big up!
The manager at North Gate, Shafiek, apologised and provided a round of free drinks to try and correct the situation. However, since we arrived late, no provision was made for the buffet to be kept out for a little while longer. They ran out of spare ribs, the chocolate fountain was off by 4:40pm, and we practically had to beg one of the staff to carry on making waffles at 4:50. With our time already cut short because of THEIR incompetence, this was unacceptable.
Bad Experience all round. Very disappointed. Feedback on their Facebook page was completely ignored and my post was promptly deleted by them.
