Me and my family went to Hermanus for the long weekend. So we decided to go to the Spur for breakfast because of all it is Women's Day, so I want to treat my wife and mother in law. We arrived at the Spur at 10h30, the lady infront said we must wait there is no tables available but infront of us were 2 tables available. When we were seated the waiter arrived at our table about 10 - 15 minutes to take our order for drinks. When I asked her that we are in time for breakfast she said she don't no but breakfast is serve till 11h00. She have attitude, don't want to help us really. After we waiting half hour for our drinks (coffee and tea) the drinks were cold. She then takes our order for breakfast. We still waiting for the refills for our coffee - the bottomless but received nothing. We received cups without saurces and when we ask her for more sugar she said there is no sugar. We decided to move to another table near play area for my child and that a other waiter can assist us. We told the other waiter we already ordered our breakfast. We were waiting and waiting and no food arrived, at 12h30 our food arrived and it were ice cold. So we decided to leave without eating. Bad service!
