Ad service and terrible sush no reply to my mail

I. We battled to get a waiter to serve us some drinks and when he brought them he neve asked us again if we wanted another drink. We had to go and find him to order.
2. My son had sushi off the conveyor belt and it was definitely not quality! (we eat often at the eastgate branch and that is stunning!)the rice had hard bits in it and when he ordered the salmon hand roll it was so soggy and hardly had any salmon in it!
3. We had starters and when completed the plates were still left on the table as well as the empty cans and beer bottles and no one came to clean up.
4. We noticed that the kitchen staff were struggling with the orders but not once did a manager or the waiter come and tell us that there was a delay with our food or if we could be patient
5. After 45 minutes I went to enquire as to where our food was and was told that they were dishing up.
6. It took another 10 minutes to get our food and my fathers plate of fish didn't arrive at the same time. Again we had to ask and eventually it arrived.
7. We wanted to order desserts and coffee but waiter didnt arrive
