What happened to customer service?

Cape town fish market really disappointed me with their poor quality of service. Firstly, our food took almost an hour to arrive, and there were no cutlery on the table once the food arrive. 5 min had been wasted on waiting for a knife and fork because the waiter wasn't attentive as he should have been. Once we noticed how long the food wtook, how long the waiter checked up on the table, how poor the service was-we then called the manager. Once we approached him and explained our story, the manager didn't even come check if our problem was sortedor if we were happy. Then we had to pay 10% to the waiter. This would of been ok if the service was up to standard, but to pay almost R160 for service is. I want this issue to be addressed as I am not going to leave it like this, we were 15 people and non of us were happy. What is going to be done about this?
