My husband and 2 children (both aged below 8 yrs old) decided to settle for seafood on this specific evening and landed up at CTFM.It firstly took 20 minutes for a waiter to take our drinks order which only arrived after another 20 minutes. During that time, we had to call the manager to take my childs order because our waiter was tending to everyone except us. When he eventually did get to us after another 20 minutes, he took our order for sushi (about 10 different plates in total), but when he brought the sushi, he brought just 2 plates and said that the chef is too busy, so we will have to wait! Bear in mind that this is 1 hour already that we are waiting and we still didn't receive food. When my husband tried to flag him down as he was walking past our table, he completely ignored my husbad and disappeared to serve a table that had arrived after us with their sushi..eventually, we asked for the bill for our drinks and the 2 plates of sushi which he still didn't bring to us after another 30 minutes. After another 25 minutes of disputes with the manager, we paid our bill and left..HUNGRY!!! in total, 2 hours at this miserable place with no food to show for it!!! PATHETIC!!!
