Dissapointing food, bad service, rude manageress!

I visited Asian asia the 29th Sept for the first time. What a disappointment!!!
We sat for at least 10min before the waiter came to take the drinks order and waited 10min more before getting our order. There was almost no sushi plates on the belt (tempura plates that seemed to be there a few hours), so we placed our order.
The mayonnaise that was used on the salmon roses was NOT Japanese mayo and there was 2 visible caviar grains on the mayo. If Japanese mayonnaise was used it was mixed with normal mayo. I make sushi myself and have been eating Sushi for at least 17 years, so I know the difference. I then asked the waiter to please call the manager. As if the food wasn't bad enough, the manageress's demeanour immediately changed to being clearly irritated. Her body language, aggressive and extremely rude. All I wanted to know from her is if the mayonnaise that was used for there sushi was indeed Japanese mayonnaise.

I tried to explain that the reason Japanese mayo is used to make sushi, it doesn't overpower the taste of the salmon or raw fish. She didn't give me time to finish my sentence and walked off aggressively. I will not recommend this place to anyone!
