Long wait and bad service

Decided to have Sunday lunch at CTFM tygervalley After being seated and placing a drinks order, we waited a while to make our food order, after the starters arrived, it took about 20min after the starter was done for the main meal to arrive. In that time the empty glasses and plates were still on the table. We had to flag down the waiter twice to get drink refills. After finishing our meal, we waited 30 min for our empty plates to be removed. When confronting the manager about the long wait, he too seemed very never minded even though he attended to us after we complained to him. Online then was our crockery removed and we were able to request for the bill. Not once did the waiter to find out how we were doing if we wanted to order more. The lively food does not make up for how annoyed we were for the service we received.
