Worst Service I ever came across

We went to John Dory's Menlyn on Wednesday for the half price sushi special.
When we arrived at 18:45 we were greeted friendly by the hostess and she took us to our table upstairs.
The waiter was there in the next three minutes to take our drink orders, I also informed the waiter that we had a movie at 20:00 and that we were in quite a hurry.
At 19:20 I started to call managers to just bring our drinks to the table, and to take our food order so that it can be prepared so long.
When some of our Sushi arrived there were no condiments on the table we had to wait another 5 minutes for the waiter to bring it to the table, we were informed that the rest of our order is on its way.
We then asked the waiter to bring the bill immediately because at that time it was 19:50 already.
At 20:00 we got up without receiving the rest of our food, to pay the bill and fetch our food from the sushi bar and to take it as a take away.

I understand that it was a very busy night for them, but it is not the first time they ran this special and I think they should have been better prepared by having more waiters and also make sure that the food comes out quicker.
