Bad Attitude from waiter and poor service

The incident occurred on the 30 April 2013, my family decided to have supper at the CTFM in Cresta. We were seated and assisted by a waiter named 'GIFT'. this waiter from the beginning had a very bad attitude towards us. It took this waiter 20 minutes just to bring our drinks. My wife and 2 children (both aged below 8 yrs old).. During that time, we had to call the manager to take my childs order as it was getting past there supper time and they where hungry, this was all because our waiter was tending to everyone except us. When he eventually did get to us after another 20 minutes, he took our order for sushi (about 10 different plates in total), but when he brought the sushi, he brought just 2 plates and said to us that we must understand that the chef is too busy, so we will have to wait!!.Bear in mind that this is 1 hour already that we are waiting and we still didn't receive food. When my husband tried to flag him down as he was walking past our table, he completely ignored my husband and said just wait. i called the manager and reuested the bill. CTFM to our suprise charged us for what we did not eat, by then my daughter fell asleep without having supper, PATHETIC CTFM!!!
