Extremely bad service at Asian Asia Restuarant

We visited Asian Asia restaurant-Tyger Waterfront for Sushi and Chinese.3 of us decided we taking the Sushi special and one person ordered from the Chinese menu. We placed the Chinese order 18h20 (tiger prawn and calamari combo (R99) We started with the Sushi special. 40 minutes after placing the Chinese order we asked the waiter how long before Chinese is ready, she said it's almost done. 20 minutes later the owner came to us to confirm Chines order. Another 20 minutes later we ask the owner about the Chinese, so she said they just waiting for the chips. 10 minutes later the food came. That was one hour and 50 minutes after the order was placed. The guys that ate sushi were done eating. When he started eating his Chinese the food was cold, My friend had 4 Tiger prawns then he called the owner to tell her the food is cold and he doesn't want it. The owner told him, "what do you want us to do about" in a very rude manner and walked away. She didn't even apologize or offer to warm the food up. We told her we not going to pay for that cold food, she told him that he ate 4 tiger prawns and he have to pay R15 each making it R60 for 4 Tiger prawns.
