Shocking service and attitude at Asian asia

On Saterday 12th Jan 2013 me and 5 of my friends went to Asian asia for a sushi meal. What we came across was disturbing and unecceptable. The service was so bad that at the end of the night we had about 4 waiters that could not even take an order properly. The sushi that we ordered was already on the conveyer belt and all that needed to be done was for them to collect it and deliver to our table. We waited about an half an hour for only 2 refreshments. We had to ask them for that order 3 times before we eventually received it. When we approached the manager that was on duty, he asked us how our night was. We told him that the food was very nice, but that the service was terrible. He gave us a very bad attitude and insisted that we MUST give a 10% tip. So, while we were paying, i gave a very reasonable tip of R50. He said that we were nasty and he does not need our attitude and people like us in his life. I said to him that we are the clients and he as the manager should not talk to us like that and that we have a right to complain about bad service. Unfortunately in despiration, i used bad language towards him. That was the only way that i could get his attention and he swore back
