I was just at Li Kou Fu to try out their sushi/chinese buffet. The buffet being only R43 pp I wasn;t expecting such great food - the Chinese food was all cold, and the sushi was put together in a slap dash manner with the salmon still frozen. After not being able to eat most of the food, I asked for the bill. They had charged me R130 extra. After speaking to the waitress she called over the owner, who didn't even listen to me before screaming and pointing her finger in my face. The misunderstanding was that when I got there I asked the waitress how the buffet worked and she said I can order anything on the sushi and Chinese menu. This was obviously incorrect. I am shocked that the owner and waitresses didn't even take the time to listen to me. I was calm the entire time yet they would not stop shouting at me, even after I paid. What terribly bad service.
