On the 10th of August, after arriving from jhb with guests from the USA and AUS, we went thru to the rest. with a table of 14. As it was also the bday of 1 of my guests, I arranged with the manager, at the entrance, to keep a bday cake which we brought thru at the back so that they can bring it out as a surprise after dinner and dessert. We were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant. Just wanted to make note of that as the restaurant was basically empty, and was not busy at all. 1. We received wrong drink orders. 2. After the whole table got drinks, a few were told then their drinks were out of stock. 3. It would take for ever to be able to place and get a new drink. 3. Not all starters were brought to the table. Some were brought with the main meals. 4. All main orders where wrong with regards to how they were done and sides. 5. Some side orders were brought out after the main were already eaten. 5. Complained to manager who then told us that there was also no coffee, all finished due to Rkelly concert night before. Why where we not told this when we walked in? Asked for owners number, was told no, but they will take my no. and call me, to date nothing. Bad reflection of South afri
