Unground dinner at turbine hall the forum. We were the first to be seated. Bongani introduced himself as our server and promised speedy service. We ordered drinks, about 10 mins later he came back and took more drink orders as everyone at the table had not ordered. He double checked our order again. After 45 mins we requested a manager. The manager then sent another waiter to tell us they were on they way. Another 15 mins later we eventually received our drinks and found out half our table had not ordered. All other tables received their drinks and starters. Once drinks arrived he started taking main requests and we asked where our starters were. We were rushed through dinner, which was a very dismal soup, dry chicken and some disappointing desserts which did not quantify the R330 pp. once bills came, after confirming they took cards, we were then hustled to the front to make payment. After arguing over what needed to be paid I did the calculations for them and showed how much each of us was paying and what tip there was. Eventually I called for the manager for the 3rd time and complained. The service was terrible, the food was dismal and the attitudes were awful.
