Forgiot orders and was never near

We had a booking On Sunday for 7 people. The welcome was friendly and the waiter Robert wrote his name on the table plus the managers names, 2Lani and Mike. Placed our orders, basically 3 starters and 7 main course meals. Only one starter arrived, Robert, who wrote all the orders down on a piece of paper, has forgot to put the others through. The Cheesecake was still frozen inside and not fresh as one would expect, what a letdown. He was so busy with others tables we eventually ordered drinks and table cleaning form other waiters. How long must one sit and wait with dirty empty plates and NO drinks! Overall the food was nice but it is not always the taste that make a visit enjoyable. If a waiter cannot handle tables, get more staff that is capable to do the job and not stuff up the experience!
