The waiter's service was shoddy and he wasn't coherent. He brought the starters for two of the customers with the main meals for the other two customers. Starters come first, then the main meals. If he hadn't walked off before we finished explaining the order to him then he would've understood. Some of the calamari was over cooked to the point where it was too tough for a knife to cut through it. I've ordered prawn curry many times before and have never received the inedible heads in the curry. The curry has always come with the baby tails only. When these issues were brought to the attention of the manager, he made little effort to correct the situation and did not acknowledge the poor service and food. Additionally, the bandage on the manager's hand was dirty and distasteful. For the prices that you pay at CTFM, I expect 10 times better service and food. We will not be eating there again. The restaurant was empty when in the past it used to bussle on a Friday. Now I know why
