My family decided to have a dinner there last night.
The restaurant was empty for most of the evening. It was our table only from about 8pm that was there. The service was disgusting. The meals arrived in different atages of about 10 minutes apart. A plate with a 400g rib order looked exactly the same size as the 600g order. The manager had the audacity to argue. Both plates had 1 rack of ribs similar in size. But anyways we left it and carried on. Finally the bill came and the wine list showed the wine ordered to be R85 but the bill was R180. Again we asked for clarity from the waiter. The menu came and it shows R85. The waiter walked off to the till for 15mins doing something... came back and said it is right. I asked to see the manager... he then went to the bar and spoke to 2 people for 15mins. A Steven and a lady. After this time I got up and approached them. They both argued that we had an "old" menu and were not willing to adjust the bill to R85. After arguing with them for 10mins I eventually paid the bill and walked out. This was definitely not a friendly experience and will not go back. To be shouted at by the management is grossly unprofessional.
