Stars restaurant has a nice menu and convenient location. However, the management seems to put very little emphasise on the actual service. On 04/09/2013 I met with my husband in our lunch hour to grab a quick bite. There was no one to greet as at the door and after standing around for a while we took a seat. The waiters walked pass us several times but without attending to us at all. We eventually stood up and approached a waiter who then brought menus. When we asked for the table to be wiped down she told us to just use the menus as place mats. To place our order we had to approach a waiter again since no one attended to us.By now about 30 min. passed. When our food arrived there was hardly time to eat it. Getting and paying the bill was the same mission. The bill was dropped at our table without the waiter enquiring about a doggy bag. Since we ran out of time, we left our food and scavenged for a waiter to pay. Finally someone approached us and we where told to wait for another waiter to do the payment. Seeing our dismay she said, "I guess I could do it."
Understaffed? Perhaps. Terrible service? Guaranteed. Not worth another hour of our life
