On Friday afternoon, my family and I took some time off to go do some shopping at Canal Walk. We decided to have lunch at Spur and that was my biggest mistake!
The garnish on our plates we not washed, old and were already turning brown. The waiter took the order wrong and I ended up with a plate of food that I didn't even eat. None of my family members were happy with it.
We had told the waiter who didn't care and just brought us the bill. We went to pay for the bill at the front desk to find a manager counting cash while we waited for almost 15 minutes.
My partner who has been in the restaurant business for almost 15 years, finally had enough and we just walked out. Once we had done this only then were we noticed. We paid our bill and I vow to never return to that Spur again. Or recommend anyone of my friends, family members or clients.
