My child and I ate at wimpy today in sandton city, waitress gave us what we ordered and then just never returned. We got up to at at the cashier who with extreme attitude ignored me and when I asked her to pay the bill she said I must wait for my waitress she can't ring it up and so I asked her to call the waitress Laura she ignored me. And after 4x I asked her to stop ignoring me and call the manager she told our waitress to call him and rolled her eyes at me. Laura comes running now asking me what we ordered she wrote down the prices apparently the till was not working I had tp help them add its up and work out the change because they so could not take cards... The manager Ian after I told him about the cashier and poor service said nothing and just walked away. I saw him as we finished helping the staff with their jobs and told him I can not believe as a manager he did nothing and also ignored me like his staff and all he then bothered to do was mumble out a sorry I am disgusted! Never going there again.
