I understand that it is December and restaurants get busy. However, when I walked into Maxi's at Mall@Reds I was highly disappointed in the service I received. There are 3 entrances to the restaurant, I walked in the entrance nearest the smoking section and asked for a table. The waiter stopped, looked at me and walked away came back and took the bill from a table. I waited for 2mins but the waiter never came back to assist me. I then walked to the other entrance nearest the cinema and waited again. A lady at the counter then offered me a table. She sat me down with a menu and left. I then watched as she took a drinks order from a table that came in after me. I left it and didnt say anything as I wanted to wait and see. I then waited 10mins and no one came to take a drinks order. The same lady came past me and said she will take an order. I told her to leave it and I walked out. As I previously said I understand it is a busy season for the restaurant industry however there were 9 empty tables and the restaurant isnt even that big. I will never return to this Maxi's again!!! And if I've received this kind of service, there are definitely other patrons as well. Clean up your service
