Bad attitude / Bad service

My Fiance and I went to the Brass bell for what we expected to be, a good crayfish platter. It was the 1st time going there. We arrived at the entrance and waited about 3 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us. Eventually looking for a table for us, 2 other couples just walked in and sat down, the waiter saying nothing - we were flabbergasted! Not wanting to make scene we were asked if we would like to sit on the other side of the restaurant (waters edge). We walked over unaccompanied. After about 7minutes a waitress arrived, asking us if we had been served? I said NO, she went to get us some menu's, where-upon she immediately asked us what we would like to drink. I said we need few moments. When she came back, i asked what the house Red wine is, she said READ and pointed to the menu, then she walked away! Just brushing this off, we called her to place our order for crayfish, when we were told they are out of stock. When i said why didn't she tell us earlier, she said she will go and check the kitchen as there might still be crayfish. I said NO THANK YOU and we left.. disgusted by what we were put through! I will never recommend this place to anyone.. not even my worst enemies.
