First of all: We don't buy Debonairs alot, because of previous bad experiences. So on Wednesday evening, 04 September 2013, we as a family (and had 2 visitors) decided we will give Debonairs a try. So I called to place an order and asked the lady (cashier) if they deliver and she replied yes: So we continued with my order. First of all she had trouble getting my cellphone number and advised me that i was NOT ON THE SYSTEM (but we did order there before) after giving her my order, i confirmed my address and cellphone number with her again just in case.
That conversation lasted OVER 7 MINUTES (just ordered 2 pizzas and 2 poppits)
After waiting a FULL HOUR, for our food to arrive, my husband said that i should call and check up on the order because the kids are now crying and upset cause they are hungry. It is now 19h15 and no food. So when i call back this is what she says: SORRY I DIDNT GET YOUR NUMBER OR ADDRESS, YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED... So i ask to speak to the manager and at first he tells me "he tried getting hold of me but my phone was off"??? So i said the cashier just told me that SHE DIDNT HAVE MY NUMBER and he says: "yes that's what i meant" after another p
