Incompetent staff who all deserve to be fired

Hi

I called debonairs in centurion more than 5times from my cellphone first I spoke to Mollat who claimed he couldnt hear me, then I spoke to Naomi who dropped my call I called again spoke to Mollat and asked him who is his manager and he said he is own manager I then told him its impossible he has to have someone highr he insisted the same thing even when I called again, He then gave phone to Sandra who miraclously heard me took my order and my cellphone number, She kept giggling when I asked if there was something that I said which was funny she said I'm insulting her. When she said confirmed the address I told her I'm not at work but will be therr in 20minutes so they can take my order to work. I waited for more than an hour for my order then I got a call from a gentlemen who was very rude who blatantly refused to give me his name and surname and told me there is no way I will get my food he was calling me from 082 876 8811, to cut the story short I dont have my order and will never order from debonairs and my friends have received such bad service that they'll rather drive to Romans. I have been a loyal debonairs customer even when I recived worng orders now ek is and dont
