I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Liberty Promenade branch - 4 Real Deal pizzas which they said would take between an hour to an hour and a half delivery time.
The woman who took my order was Shandre (sp) and I repeated my address twice - even using the Universal alphabetic - and she assured me she had the correct address down.
The order was placed at 18:50 and by 20:00 the pizzas had still not arrived. I have used the delivery services many times before and sometimes they know my name just by me giving my mobile number so I thought let me wait til 20:00. Still no pizza!
No-one has called us to let us know anything, we called at 20:50 and were told our order was on the way. We waited again until my sister called again at 21:20 to ask where our food was and the very same Shandre answered and upon giving my name and telling her we hadn't received our food asked us "Are you sure it hasn't arrived? " which angered me! We asked to speak to the manager, Bertha who told us that the driver had supposedly arrived at our house and was told that there had not been an order placed! Clearly this was NOT our house!
WE ARE STILL WAITING AT 22:05 AND STILL HUNGRY.
