Yesterday at 15:45 I called Debonairs to order 2 Large Pizzas. When I asked how long before delivery a lady told me 45 minutes. I live about 5 to 8 minutes drive from Debonairs PIzza. I waited untill 17:00, which was now an hour and 15 minutest to ask where my food was. I knew the song that would be sung now: 'it's on its way'. By now I was very upset as I had visitors whom I wanted to feed.
I told the guy on the phone I would wait a few more minutes then I don't want the pizza anymore. He just said ok. I waited another half an hour! At 17:30 the driver eventually arrived. All in all it took Debonairs 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver instead of the stated 45 minutes. This is unacceptable. They have to get more drivers or not give a delivery time at all. I am quite dissappointed in Debonairs. Had I been alone I would not have accepted the food at all. Due to having guests I was forced to just wait and accept the food. 2 of my guests left and 2 of us were left to try and eat 2 large pizzas. This was a total waste of time and money.
