I was at Casbah this past Sunday, as a walk-in client, I ordered 4 small milkshakes. First the waiter told me that they do not have ice-cream. But I saw another waiter delivering milkshakes to people in a car. So I asked why those people can get but not me. I waited 20mins for 4 small milkshakes and at the price of R77! RIDICULOUS! The staff are SO RUDE and I had to ask twice to get assistance! The waiters just look at me and don't even bother to ask for my order. When my milkshakes were ready, they were put on the counter and left there. After a few minutes I had to ask the waiter if I can have my milkshakes that have been ready and were just left on the counter. I would not recommend anyone to go there! This is not the first time that I experienced this with Casbah!
