I ordered food from debonairs over an hour ago. the girl who answered was laughin with the people in the background.
I call to confirm how far my food is, and the lady who answers the phone tells me that there is no order placed. is this a joke???
so I ask to speak to the manager, who tells me 'well there is no order on the system and she cannot answer for that and I now hear that they do not deliver for less than R30 as all I ordered was a sub and that is probably why my order was not placed, could the little twit that answered the phone not have advised me of this???

I have the number for the owner of this sorry excuse for a debonairs and will contact him to tell him exactly what I think of his staff that cannot deliver a service but they are apparently part of such a huge brand.
