I recently went to KFC in Sunward Park Boksburg which i frequent at least once a week. The drive through was so slow that people including myself were switching our engines off so save fuel. Eventually i got out of my car and approached the cashier's window and asked her why things were taking so long. She just stared at me blankly and i had to ask her two more times before she just said the woman in front of me had a big order.
By the time i had driven to the next cashier's window, i had been pestered by the group of kids begging at the palisade fencing (like they always do there). I complained to the manager who said he was sorry.
I phone the KFC customer care and voiced my disappointment and was told that the branch manager or franchise owner would call me within 24 to 48 hours (ref # CAS-23089). That was on the 02 September, one whole week ago!
Obviously KFC Sunward Park don't want me to support that branch and would prefer me to go elsewhere.
