No service at all

On Saturday (2/11/2013) I went to Sunward Park to withdraw money. After waiting on the line for almost two hours, I was told by the Branch Manager to come back with the affidavit cause I lost the ID in 2011. I had a new ID with me. I went to the East Rand branch and never had problems. They were so shocked when I related my story. The service at Sunward Park is and non-existent. I was really humiliated on Saturday.
