Even though you offered us a free breakfast to make amends I would like to bring to your attention that there is still a problem that needs serious attention. My husband and I were at the KFC Sunward Park again on Saturday morning and in the short time that we were there 2 customers came in complaining of the quality of the food. They both returned goods and vowed never to support the Sunward Park KFC.
This really is a problem that needs to be addressed.
I also found that the cuppacinos' are always half full and not filled to the top. (the cuppacinos are expensive).
I also went to the KFC on Saturday morning and your drive through was out of order. i then went into KFC and the service was shocking. i stood waiting 20 minutes for someone to assist me and the Kentucky was not even full. I am really concerned about the service of the Kentucky Sunward Park.
