No cashier at Nando's drive in

I stopped at Nando's drive in this evening but the window to the service till was closed, so I hooted, I hooted some more and after waiting a few minutes I eventually got out of my car and knocked on the window. After 5 minutes I decided to drive around to the collection window to see if they could take my order. She said yes but once I wanted to pay by card she said I must now park my car and come inside. I asked for the manager and asked why he thinks I use the drive in if they are going to make me park my car after already waiting for ages, and drag my son into the restaurant. He apologized for the lack of cashier and said he'll look into it. So I asked what about me paying for my meal as I have no cash and he said I must come inside if I want to use my card. Needless to say I drove away and went straight to KFC but not before telling the manager I will never use their restaurant again. Ridiculous, because your drive through cashier can't do her job and be in her allocated position you just lost a loyal family as customers.
