I visited the KFC in Brackenhurst on Saterday the 6th of April at around 13:00pm. I used the drive thru where I placed my order, When I got to the second window I was tald by the Cashier that I would take 6 mins for my order to be ready, What is the point of a drive thru if one must go and park??? If I wanted to park I would have gone into the store and ordered.
I waited 6 mins like the Lady told me and nothing had come yet, I decided to wait another 4 mins, 10 mins had gone by an still nothing, I got out of my car and went into the store to find out what was taking so long, only to find that there were other customers that ere in my situation aswell., When I asked what was the problem I was ignored by the staff and they started arguing in front of the waiting customers. Pathetic!!! I was told 6mins. I waited 20. I will never visit that Branch again.
