As I approached the drive-thru window (which was open) I was surprised to find no one there and I waited patiently and eventually hooted a few minutes later. I then proceeded to the next window and asked whether they were opened where I was abruptly told that I should park my car and walk in to make my order because they cannot process any orders at the "pick-up" window. I asked them why there was no one to take my order and told that the staff member was not available and only the orders of the customers behind me were taken, so I was OUT OF LUCK! I demanded to see a manager as it was not my fault that there was no one to attend me to take my order. They ignored my request to call for a manager and proceeded to take my order rudely. This is the second incident that I've had at this particular branch, their food is sub-standard (serving over-dried chicken for the second time now) and they show no remorse to customers when we complain. KFC is an international franchise and has no business destroying their brand with a badly managed branch... Florence (Manager) and her staff should be sacked or the branch itself MUST BE CLOSED DOWN! KFC cannot afford to tarnish their brand in this way!
