On Monday 16 September I phoned Pick and Pay Sunward Park 011 896 5141. I was transferred to the Bakery Manager and placed an order for 24 mini hot dog rolls which we want to use to make mini hot dogs for my granddaughters 3rd birthday party. I was given a price and we agreed that I could pick it up on Friday 20 September anytime from 14h00. When I arrived at the store on Friday the lady behind the bakery counter informed me that my order was written down but was not baked and that the Baker and Bakery Manager has left already. I was told to go to the information desk and ask for Nonhlangha (Store Manager). She said she will contact the bakery manager and will take my details. I wasn't offered any alternative solution to my problem and it is Wednesday 25 September and no one from Sunward park Pick and Pay contacted me to apologise.
