Firstly we sat in the "drive-thru" for over 35 minutes and when we FINALLY get to the first window to place our order, Thobisile stands for a further 5 minutes playing with the ice cream cones, fiddling with the plastic (pretty much everything other than helping us) She eventually then walks up to the window, sighs and says "your order" as if she was doing us a huge favour by doing HER JOB. Then after having to repeat myself x10!!! she interrupts, speaks right over me, rolls her eyes at me and had the most unprofessional rude mannerisms. Someone like that should NOT be working in a job where she interacts with customers all day. The entire experience was so unbelievably shocking! Next time kindly ask Clients to park their cars if they cannot be served in less than 2 minutes which is common decency and to hire PROFESSIONAL staff members!!! People do not go there to be treated like! As long as staff members and service of that calibre are at the Strubens valley KFC I would rather drive 15 kms further where the staff are friendly, helpful and I can actually get my dinner before it becomes breakfast.
